At this time, we will begin by listening and understanding your needs, desires, and address any concerns. Together we will develop an innovative plan that will fulfill your needs. In addition, we will discuss design options, best use of space and options for the best architect that will fit your specifications.
Design & Finances
Together with our trusted and experienced architects & engineers, we will visit your project site and begin putting your ideas on paper. The appointed construction manager will be in constant communication with the architect and engineer ensuring the design remains true to your vision and pricing is per current market. Finishes, colors and any other cosmetic aspects will be chosen.
Development
We have developed procedures to efficiently manage the construction schedule and overall quality. A Construction Manager will monitor sub-contractors keeping the project on schedule and confirming that the materials utilized are the highest quality and are in full accordance with the specifications and certifications.
